E9 have joined with the National Metal Technology Centre (NAMTEC) to provide a heavily subsidised programme to help companies within the metals sector implement environmental management systems.

The programme provides financial and technical assistance to support environmental improvements and improve legislative compliance. E9 will help you to set up an environmental management system based around Evolve14k1 and integrating with your current Quality and Health and Safety systems. The scheme will lead you to accreditation to ISO14001:2004.

The programme, which runs till October 2005, is open to companies in the metals production and processing sectors. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to eligible companies.
