E9 Limited recognise that privacy is important to individuals. We have developed this policy as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy.

What information do we collect ?

E9 Limited collects information about visitors to our web sites in four ways.

1. Server log files
   Server log files are used to collect information about which pages on our web sites people are visiting. This information is used by us to analyse usage of our web sites, to identify faults and to improve our sites and services.

1. When you log-in to our sites we use session cookies. This session cookie simply stores a number that uniquely identifies your computer while you are logged in to our web sites. The cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information and is not stored on your computer
2. We also use site cookies to keep track of how often you access certain pages on our sites. Once again this cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information. We use this information to enhance your site visit and to analyse how visitors use our sites.
3. Registered user information
   If you are a registered user of our sites we will record when you log in to the site and which pages you subsequently visit. Access to this information is strictly controlled and is only used for internal monitoring purposes by the administrators and/or moderators of the web site areas you are registered to access.
4. Information you give us
   On some pages of our web sites we will ask for information from you. Typically this information will be required when you are registering for a service or demonstration, purchasing a product or requesting information from us. Normally this information will only be used by E9 Limited. If it is required that this information is passed on to a third party to fulfil the service then you will be made aware of this at the time you provide us with your details. E9 Limited will not pass on or sell your details to others without your consent.

Security

E9 Limited has put in place technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data we collect is held securely. In the event of a breach of security we will make every effort to investigate the circumstances and inform the relevant authorities. E9 Limited will not be held liable for the misuse of personal information it holds by unintended recipients.
